Care
Don't soak or submerge the cutting board in water. Scrape the cutting board down after each use. To sanitise the board, wipe it with hot water and an antibacterial spray. Cutting board surfaces need to be protected/moisturised with olive or vegetable oil, depending the frequency of use (every 4-8 weeks). This is the key to preserving colour.
